"My build journey with ABC has been smooth sailing from the start. I was impressed with how quickly the administration phase was and there was minimal waiting for each step after I chose the perfect floorplan for my block and for my family. The floorplan was able to be changed to suit my exact requirements and I was able to work within my budget to include important upgrades. The communication from my initial inquiry all the way to signing my contract was timely and all of my questions were answered in a friendly manner. When I was handed over to construction, my site manager kept me informed every step of the way and ensured any delays were minimal or avoided altogether. My build has progressed amazingly fast since site start, so much so that everyone who sees my build has commented on how much progress has happened. The quality of the build has been great, and the weekly updates and photos from my site supervisor had assured that everything is going to plan. I would (and have!) recommend ABC to anyone wanting a quality and quick build. I cannot wait to see the rest of my build unfold and my beautiful home come to life. "
